God Always Keeps His Promises

Ballon

God has promised us so much in the Bible. If you just stop and think about everything God has promised us in the Bible, its incredible! People around us will always make promises to us, and most likely most of them won't keep them, but the amazing thing about God is that He will always keep his promises. If God has said something, He will do it! I love the feeling that I can count on Him whenever.

Malachi 3:6 "I am the Lord your God, and I never change."

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believes on Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."

Numbers 6:24 "I will bless you and keep you."

1 Peter 5:7 "Cast all your worries upon Him, for He cares for you."

1 Corinthians 10:13 "I will not let you be tested beyond what you can endure."

These are only a few of the many promises God has made for us. Some of the promises haven't yet happened in the Bible, but they will. Hundreds of years before Jesus was born, prophets prophesied that God would be born as a baby. Now that promise didn't happen immediately. It took years for it to happen. So if God has made you a promise, don't lose hope if it hasn't happened yet. God will keep all of His promises at the right time.

  1. Thank you for sharing this today, Ashley! I needed to read this today. It's so easy to get caught up in the fact that we don't deserve God's mercy but God is faithful and merciful even when we are not. God bless!
